1. Thursday contact training at Shanghai Huo Che Tou Stadium:

Every Thursday from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm, contact training at Shanghai Stadium (starting on Thursday 16th of August, 07). Cost: free if you are a member of the Shanghai Hairy Crabs.

2. Saturday training and Games at SRFC located in WaiGao Qiao.




3. Tuesday touch training at Shanghai Stadium:

Every Tuesday from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, touch (not contact) at Shanghai Stadium. If you want to keep fit, you can go to the touch trainings on Tuesday. Cost: 50 RMB (even if you are a member of the Shanghai Hairy Crabs) or 30 RMB for students and girls. Touch Rugby is managed by the Touch Rugby Section of the SFRC (http://www.shanghaifootballclub.com/touch_rugby.php)
